Kaumatua Exercise Program
The Kaumatua Exercise Program which is rung on Tuesday and Thursday each week is open to all Kaumatua and elders (50years +) within the Horowhenua district. We are based at the Kaumatua Building, Kohuturoa Marae, Hokio Beach Road, Levin. The program is free with a pick up service available to those who require transport, however seats are limited. Our Kaumatua participate in Tai Chi on Tuesday mornings and Aquasize or Breath Easy on Thursday mornings. We have regular walks and out of town visits. Age is not a barrier, young or old everyone is welcome.


Kaumatua Vegetable Garden:
We have 5 large raised beds which our Kaumatua cultivate lovingly to produce fresh vegetables for their families and marae.
